The SnoreStop Extinguisher is made by the same company that makes SnoreStop FastTabs. It is actually the exact same formula but it is delivered differently.
Instead of a tablet they put the formula into a spray. Just about everything I said about the tablets is true for the spray as well. Just in case you didn’t read my review of the tablets, everything that overlaps will be covered here as well.
This spray is made for your mouth and throat. The directions tell you to spray both the back of your throat and under your tongue. One thing this product has going for it is simplicity. You only need to use it just before falling asleep. You do not have to split doses up like with the FastTabs.
Like all of the other products made by Green Pharmaceuticals, this spray is homeopathic. If you aren’t familiar with the term homeopathic, that is just an overly fancy way of saying it is all natural. Some people really get into the whole homeopathic thing, but I’m always a little skeptical of how well these products work.
Since the same formula that is in the FastTabs is in this spray, it works exactly the same way. The main ways it tries to prevent snoring is by reducing mucus and reducing inflammation.
It also includes a natural anti-histamine and a decongestant. It’s not a bad formula; it just won’t work for most people because it was made to solve a problem that only a few people have.
All homeopathic products are regulated by the FDA. The regulations are extremely loose, but the FDA keeps an eye on things nonetheless.
Green Pharmaceuticals, the makers of this product, are not accredited by the BBB. The BBB has also not received any complaints against the company.
Most snoring solutions come with some sort of satisfaction guarantee. This solution does not. If you decide to try this product then consider your money permanently gone.
Throat sprays are nothing new. Many of them are even homeopathic like this one. The main difference is the number of ways that this spray tries to prevent snoring. Most others have one or two main ways at the most, while this one has five.
The result here is the same as with the FastTabs. Some people are able to stop snoring when they use this product. However, the majority of people that try it see no improvement whatsoever.
That is because of the fatal flaw I mentioned earlier. There just are not that many people out there who snore because of mucus and inflammation. Anyone who snores because of something else will not benefit from using this spray.
I cannot recommend trying SnoreStop Extinguisher. It just is not practical for most people. This spray was made to treat issues that many snorers do not have.
If any structure in or around your airway is what causes you to snore, then this solution cannot help you. I recommend looking for other options.
